The notice arrived from piq Chocolates yesterday that these 3D chocolate thank you notes have shipped to a client. I wish I could be there to see the reception.
For the co-branded native ad product I developed for doityourself.com, the challenge was to develop an efficient-to-implement modular system that was flexible enough to accommodate the different kinds of content each brand had available.
To me, salespeople are sorcerers who can walk into a room and magically turn No into Yes and skinflints into big spenders. From where I sit, it’s awe inspiring.
That’s why when a great salesperson shows me a great idea for a big ticket sale on a clunky PowerPoint presentation, it breaks my heart. I’ve got to do what I can to help show it off for the genius it is.

At the moment, we’re strengthening our sales presentations over at H1Talent, a job matching site for H1-B visa holders and the companies that seek them. We’ve got great numbers, but we needed more imagery to communicate the business concept, as well as some data visualization to bring those great numbers to life.
A new client asked for examples of slide presentations I’ve done. Unfortunately, most of them are confidential (for sales presentations, etc.). To get a range of styles across, I put together this little slide show.
