Personal project: Thank you card

Here are some in-process photos of a card I recently created for a friend. It is of course inspired by my Great Pattern Design Quest, and a small sketchbook study I’d always meant to revisit.I used two weights of Copic Multiliner Pens, a staple tool around here for the past couple of years (I used 1.0 and 0.1 line weights). For color, I used KOH-I-NOOR Hardtmuth watercolor (aquarelle) pencils.Pattern design and illustration by Penina S. FingerPattern design and illustration by Penina S.
